Registration Fees

  Deadline for presenting authors: September 16th, 2016


  Successful submitters who have not registered after this date will be removed from the program.


  Please pay the registration fee by bank transfer (bank account details will be sent to successful submitters upon acceptance of their paper). A few days after the payment of the registration fees, participants will receive an e-mail acknowledging the completion of the registration procedure. Please contact the local organizers if you do not receive the confirmation email within one week from the bank transfer. Those who wish to attend the meeting without presenting a paper should contact the local organizers to ask for the bank account details (asset2016@uom.gr).

Regular fee

  Early registration (until September16th, 2016): 250€


  Late registration (from September 17th, 2016): 350€


Student fee

  Early registration (until September16th, 2016): 100€


  Late registration (from September 17th, 2016): 150€


In order to benefit from the reduced student fee you must send us by email (asset2016@uom.gr) a certificate or student ID card upon payment of the registration fee

  The registration fee includes:

  Early evening reception on November 10th, 2016 at Grand Hotel Palace (conference venue).


  All coffee breaks.


  2 lunches on November 11th and 12th, 2016 at Grand Hotel Palace.


  Conference dinner on Friday November 11th, 2016 (venue: TBA).


  Conference material.


Accompanying persons who wish to attend the conference dinner must pay 50€.
